workout points

it's taken me a few days to get back on track. It's amazing how quickly one starts to slide when one just skips a few days. I revert right back to my bad habits. Yesturday was my best day this week. I only went over by 4 points. I've earned 39 workout points so I still came out even. My goal is to one day stop using my earned workout points since I know it would speed up weightloss. For right now though they are my saving grace.
